Who can take an Experience Flight?
Anyone who is over the age of 6 years, in reasonable health and can fit into a regular seat harness can take an Experience Flight.  (For Aerobatics the recommended minimum age is 12 Years)

When can I take my flight?
A flight can be taken at any time of the year. We are open from 08:00 to 18:00 (Later in the summer) seven days a week. To book the flying slot please call Flight Operations on 01202 578558.
An Experience Flight voucher is valid for 9 months from the date of purchase, after this time the voucher will be cancelled. Vouchers are transferable but not refundable.

Can we choose where we go?
We will endeavour to comply with special requests to view particular landmarks or follow a particular route. However this is not always possible due to Air Traffic Control restrictions, Military activity in certain areas or weather.

Can I take someone with me?
You can take someone in the back of the 4-seat aircraft with the consent of the Instructor. Your guest will be requested to take out a £20 Day Membership of the Club. There will be a surcharge for the 'upgrade' to a 4 seater from a 2 seater aircraft. Please inform Flight Operations at the time off booking so they can ensure you are in a 4 seater aircraft.  (The Aerobatic aircraft are 2 seaters)

What happens if the weather is bad?
If your flight is cancelled due to weather or technical reasons you will be offered an alternative date.
If you make a booking to fly and do not turn up on the day or cancel without 24 hours notice then a cancellation charge of 50% of the flight will be made.

Can I take a camera?
You are welcome to take camera and video equipment as long as it is not too bulky. (During an Aerobatic Experience all loose objects must be removed from pockets.  A camera can be taken but must be held securely) 

Will I be sick?
It is rare for anyone to be sick but the instructors carry sick bags, just in case!
