Experience Flight Terms and Conditions:

• If the Experience Flight has been booked using a voucher, the voucher must be presented to Flight Operations on arrival.
• The vouchers are valid for a period of 9 months from date of issue.  After this period the voucher will be cancelled.
• Light aircraft are sensitive to Weight (Mass) and Balance.  If you have any concerns please speak to our Flight Operations Staff before booking.
• We are only able to take people flying who are in good or reasonable health.  If you have any concerns please speak to our Flight Operations Staff before coming in for your flight.
• If you make a booking to fly and do not turn up on the day or cancel without 24 hours notice then a cancellation charge of 50% of the flight will be made. If your flight is cancelled due to weather or technical reasons you will be offered an alternative date.
• Vouchers are NOT refundable
